We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn and without signs of damage and must include all of the extras they were sent with. Please check our return policy for more information.

For Buy-Back

• 100% buy-back within 7 days.
• After one week 100% buy back of the gold value on the day of return.
• 10% less on the purchased diamond value.
• Making of the product will be deducted after 7 days
• Stone Value of the product will be deducted at the time of return after 7 days.
  

For Exchange :

• 100% exchange of gold value on the day of exchange.
• 100% exchange of the purchased diamond value with a diamond product, incase exchange against with a gold product then 10% will be deducted.
• Making will be deducted at the time of exchange.
• Stone value of the product will be deducted at the time of exchange.
  
  Shipping, Duty, and GST value will be deducted at the time of Buy-Back and Exchange.
